Patricia, WOW, WOW, WOW…..those are the only words that came to mind when I saw your cake last night. I have no doubt those were the only words in everyone’s mind. IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!! I had to convince my guests it was actually a cake and that we could cut it. And, when we did, we were even more pleased. It was truly delectable. I am so incredibly pleased with your work and it was an absolute pleasure (actually, it was flawless) dealing with you. The sheer fact that you were able to deliver the cake to the restaurant in time in the middle of the worst blizzard in years is a testament to your professionalism and dedication. For that and for your hard work in creating such an incredible cake for my husband’s 40th birthday, I am truly grateful. Your cake was simply perfect. We had a wonderful evening celebrating Melissa's 16th Birthday and
your incredible cake creation made Melissa's birthday very special.
The cake was absolutely beautiful and garnered lots of oohs and ahh's
and definitely had Melissa grinning all night long to the point where
she asked if we should even cut and eat it because it was so perfect
and beautiful! Our guests didn't want us to cut it either!! But - we
were so glad we did!!! It was the best tasting cake we EVER had - and
I mean it sincerely. My son, who NEVER likes cake and passes on it

Thank you for the beautiful Barbie cakes. My daughters loved them. The detail on the cakes was incredible. They were fresh and tasty. Patricia made the most beautiful Barbie cake for my granddaughter Jordan, myself, her grandmother (mother’s side) and her mom thought this was the most beautiful cake we have ever seen and the taste was awesome, such was the taste that one of the mothers at the party placed an order for a cake. Upon seeing his sister Jordan's cake young R.J right away requested that he wants a Spiderman cake, Patricia became very creative and designed a building with a Spiderman head at the top and a Spiderman figurine climbing the building, everyone was ecstatic. Patricia also created a cake for my daughter, beautifully designed to look like a hat. My husband who does not like cakes had 3 servings and the picture of this cake is now a screen saver on my daughter’s cell phone!

I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for making the cake for my baby shower. It was truly unique and probably the nicest baby shower cake I have ever seen. Not to mention, it was delicious! There were several ladies who went back for seconds and the first piece wasn't exactly small. Anyway, everyone raved about it as it was like having a wedding cake at a baby shower. It's obvious that you have a natural talent for this kind of stuff and that will bring you lots of success.

My son's first Birthday cake was so beautiful that it was the most photographer thing at his 1st Birthday party. The fun, green colour, all the teddy bears and the Sesame Street Figurines were just perfect. It also tasted so delicious that most people wanted seconds!

The lace cake was the most incredible cake I've ever seen. It looked like real lace and pearls and the flowers were incredible and edible! It was almost painful to cut into it but I'm glad that it was cut as it tasted incredible almost everyone had two pieces and my husband had a piece for breakfast the next day.
